How many credits does one home design use?
Credit use varies with the generation quality and compute level you choose. The exact credit cost is always shown before you generate.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits charged for failed generation jobs are automatically returned to your ImagineMyHouse balance.
Do one-time credits expire?
One-time credits remain valid for up to 1 year from your latest ImagineMyHouse credit pack purchase.
Can I use generated designs commercially?
Yes. Paid credit packs include commercial usage rights for generated home design images, subject to the Terms of Service.
How long are generated images stored?
Without an active subscription, designs made with one-time credits are available for 90 days after generation. While your subscription is active, all saved designs in Design history stay available. If it ends, that protection continues for 30 more days; any later expiry date already shown in Design history still applies. Download designs you want to keep before the date shown there.
