Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImagineMyHouse, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

ImagineMyHouse provides browser-based tools that use room photos and user instructions to create home and interior design concepts. The service may include photo upload, AI image generation, design history, downloads, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and related support features.

AI-generated designs are visual concepts, not measured plans, construction drawings, structural advice, product specifications, or professional architectural or interior-design services. Outputs may contain errors, omit details, or differ from the source room. Verify dimensions, materials, safety requirements, permissions, and construction decisions with qualified professionals before making real changes.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login session, uploaded photos, instructions, purchases, and use of generated designs. Keep your account secure and contact us promptly if you believe it has been misused.

Your Photos and Generated Designs

You retain the rights you already hold in photos and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload that content and ask us and our service providers to process it.

Subject to these Terms and any rights in the source content, generated designs are made available for your use. You are responsible for deciding whether a result is lawful and suitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee that a generated design is accurate, unique, non-infringing, production-ready, or suitable for construction, purchase, resale, or any other particular use.

We do not publish your room photos or generated designs as public marketing examples, or use them for model training, unless that use is separately disclosed to you or you give permission. Authorized personnel and service providers may access specific content when reasonably necessary for processing, support, troubleshooting, safety, abuse prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use
  • Violate laws, regulations, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations
  • Generate or distribute illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, malware-related, or otherwise harmful content
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass limits, defeat access controls, or interfere with service security
  • Use uploads or generated-image storage as a general-purpose file hosting or backup service
  • Abuse trials, credits, promotions, refunds, payments, or chargeback processes

We may refuse processing, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal interests.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

  • A generation may consume the number of credits shown before confirmation
  • Failed generation jobs generally do not consume credits or may be automatically refunded, depending on the failure mode
  • Credits are a limited service entitlement, not cash, currency, stored value, or a transferable asset
  • We may offer one-time credit packs and recurring subscriptions
  • Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Subscription allowances, rollover rules, and credit validity are shown on the applicable pricing or checkout page
  • Payments are processed by the payment provider offered at checkout. The descriptor shown by that provider, on the receipt, or on your statement may differ from the ImagineMyHouse brand name
  • Prices, packages, credit costs, and available models may change as provider costs and product capabilities change. We will provide notice where required

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an active subscription through the available account or payment-provider controls. Standard cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the current paid period unless it is ended earlier because of a refund, dispute, abuse, provider action, or legal requirement.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, unused credits or access associated with the refunded order may be revoked.

Storage and Availability

ImagineMyHouse is not a permanent archive or backup service. Uploaded photos and generated designs may be stored temporarily to provide generation, history, download, support, and security features. Availability may vary by account type, product notice, job state, user action, and operational requirements. Temporary or unclaimed uploads may be deleted sooner than completed designs.

Without an active subscription, designs made with one-time credits are normally available for 90 days after generation. While a subscription is active, all saved designs in Design history remain available. If the subscription ends, that protection continues for 30 more days; any later expiry date already shown in Design history still applies, and renewal may extend it. These periods apply to generated design files, not to the separate validity period of unused credits.

Download designs you want to keep before the availability date shown in Design history. We may remove files after that period, when you delete them, when an account is closed, to enforce these Terms, or as part of storage maintenance. We do not guarantee recovery after deletion or expiration.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third parties for AI processing, hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, email, and monitoring. Their availability, processing time, output quality, and settlement behavior may affect your experience.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free output, continued access to a particular AI model, or backward compatibility for every feature.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. For unjustified disputes involving delivered digital services, we may suspend the account, revoke credits, provide relevant agreement and usage records to the payment provider, and recover dispute fees where allowed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and uploaded content.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, payment issues, provider restrictions, abuse, or legal requirements.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept them where permitted by law.
