Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use ImagineMyHouse, including its room-photo upload, AI design generation, history, account, billing, and support features.

Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address, user ID, display name, avatar, and profile information provided by an authentication provider such as Google
  • Authentication and session data needed to keep you signed in
  • Basic language, site, referral, and preference information

Billing and Credits

  • Orders, subscription status, plan, credit balance, refund status, and credit transaction history
  • Payment details processed by the payment provider offered at checkout; we do not store full card numbers

Room Photos and Generated Designs

  • Room or home photos you upload
  • Design instructions, room type, style, palette, and other generation choices
  • Generated design images, previews, job status, timestamps, and technical metadata needed to process, display, download, troubleshoot, and delete designs

Usage, Device, and Security Data

  • Pages visited, feature usage, browser and device information, IP-derived region, logs, errors, and security events
  • Cookies or local storage used for authentication, preferences, attribution, and essential product functionality

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Upload and process room photos and create requested design concepts
  • Provide design history, previews, downloads, account, billing, subscription, and credit features
  • Process payments, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, and support requests
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and troubleshoot failures
  • Improve service reliability, generation routing, and product quality using aggregated or limited operational information
  • Send account, payment, subscription, refund, security, or support messages

AI Processing and Service Providers

We use service providers for AI image processing, hosting, private object storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, and support. Room photos, instructions, generated designs, and related metadata may be sent to these providers only as needed to operate the requested feature, protect the service, or comply with law.

Their systems may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use reasonable measures designed to protect transferred information.

Limited Human Access

Authorized personnel and contracted service providers may access specific photos, generated designs, instructions, and job records when reasonably necessary for support, troubleshooting, refund or dispute review, safety or abuse investigations, legal compliance, or service-quality validation.

We do not publish customer room photos or generated designs as marketing examples, or use them for model training, unless that use is separately disclosed to you or you give permission.

Data Retention

  • Account, billing, transaction, and support records may be retained while your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, and legal obligations
  • Uploaded photos and generated designs are not intended as permanent cloud storage. Their availability may depend on account type, the notice shown in the product, job state, user action, and operational needs
  • Without an active subscription, designs made with one-time credits are normally available for 90 days after generation. While a subscription is active, all saved designs in Design history remain available. If the subscription ends, that protection continues for 30 more days; any later expiry date already shown in Design history still applies, and renewal may extend it
  • Temporary, guest, incomplete, or unclaimed uploads may be deleted sooner than completed designs
  • When a file expires or is deleted, its preview and download access may be removed and recovery may not be possible
  • Job metadata, transaction records, security logs, and abuse-prevention records may be retained longer than image files when reasonably necessary for the purposes above

Download any generated designs you need to keep before the availability date shown in Design history. The period shown in the product or applicable plan terms controls for that feature.

Data Protection

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, private storage for customer assets where applicable, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information. You can also delete individual designs through available product controls. We may retain records required for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or legal compliance.

Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to agree to these terms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
